Start Date: Started this Whacky Journey in October of 2012
Breakfast out with friends: fried egg, beer brat, cheese sandwich on toasted, buttered English muffin bread, with ketchup, side of American fries with onions
Snack-malted easter eggs, 1/2 serving pringles, one cup diet hot cocoa with whipped cream
S ice skating party with kid's school- hot dog, chips and soda combo included
~Sara~ I've gone from size 14 jeans, down to a size 4 with JUDDD/5:2IF! Now in maintenance with 16:8IF and the occasional potato hack. My 3 year maintenance anniversary is in April
October 2015 Blood Work Results
-Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97
-Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4
no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them at a 49
-Glucose (non-fasting) 87

L- pumpkin flaxmeal cake with HWC, ground turkey topped with melted cheese and salsa
S- cheeseburger with a tomato slice and broccoli

Brunch was a yummy one egg omelet that was just as big as a reg. omelet since it was a fresh goose egg. Coffee with milk
snack - orange.....if I get hungry before dinner
Dinner will be oven fried chicken, green beans and a salad.
