L- IDK yet
D-Olive Garden- 1/2 serving of Ravioli Di portobella,salad,and 1 bread stick(sisters 40th bday celebration) and Lemon Water

L- pumpkin flaxmeal cake with HWC, ground turkey topped with melted cheese and salsa

Brunch was a yummy one egg omelet that was just as big as a reg. omelet since it was a fresh goose egg. Coffee with milk

snack - orange.....if I get hungry before dinner

Dinner will be oven fried chicken, green beans and a salad.
