blueberries muffin, if somebody does not know it, I learnt here and you can make MANY changes but it is really tasty and fast!!!!!!!!!!
(little butter, little unsweetened soya milk, half cup protein powder, blueberries, 1 egg, a pinch of baking soda flax meal and wheat bran, all mixed together in a cup and after 70second in microwave)

Lunch: mix veg + soya balls

Dinner: avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper

Vitamins, minerals, a lot of water, ginger tea
