L - Roasted chicken with small red potatoes and onions
D - baked potato with chili and salsa and LF sour cream, broccoli/cauli mix

No plan yet, but this one needs to be controlled after yesterday's eat-a-palooza!

I'm hosting a jewelry party (I keep getting sucked into these things!) this afternoon, so I'm planning on just getting a veggie tray, and a cracker/cheese/salami type tray.

early dinner will be enchilada casserole, chips & beans, and I want to try a new recipe for tortillas with apple pie filling. I'm making just enough so everyone only gets one. LOL

B-2 pc. French Toast & Coffee 400cc
L-Going out with friends so IDK yet...
D- depends on how many calories I blow on Lunch
S-I'm going to make a Strawberry Shortcake Dessert if I have the calories to spare.

Lunch/Dinner- ended up being Outback Steakhouse shared a Bloomin Onion 1/5 350cc,Then had 3 Ribs 300 cc and 1/2 Baked Potato w/ butter and sourcream 200cc... then got naughty and had a Brownie Sundae & Coffee 450cc

1700 with 100 to spare.
