I thought somebody would answer this.

I don't know anytthing about shirataki noodles but I can takw you through a stir=fry.

First have everything cut up and set near your stove. Oil ( sesame or fav. oil)
meat and quickly fry in pan. Add veggies and stri -fry , add herbs and spices and soy sauce. Then you can add noodle blend well.

This is very quick meal that you can use different combos of meat and veggies.

They also have stir-fry veggies in the freezer . I use them alot.

May we all live our life as long as we want!

Do you know how to prepare your shirataki noodles? Rinse them well. Cut them (they're really long). And throw them in a dry fry pan. Let the water evaporate, stirring from time to time. This takes about 5 minutes. The longer you cook them, the skinnier and drier they will be. Also they will be less rubbery. Then make your entire dish, and stir the noodles in last.
