Weirdness

Hi all, this is prob TMI but lately I have been a little constipated, am drinking psyllium husks and lots of water, had a BM maybe every 2 to 3 days. Then this afternoon, went on a walk and as I turned to return home, I had bad stomach cramps and that feeling like I need the bathroom NOW!

I got home and I thought my guts were going to explode right there. It was unpleasant.

The only thing I can think of was I had a LC bar which has polyols, but I have never had a reaction like that before.

Any advice????

It happens it could have been the phyllium or what you ate. Or the combination.
