Dont want 3 UDs in a row,how to fix my self induced mess!!

Yesterday was a DD but it got away from me(such is life)Now today is an UD but if I treat it as such I will have 3 UDS in a row and I dont want that.Can I turn today into a DD??Or what to do?Thanks.

If you ate close to your UD calories yesterday and it won't mess with any upcoming events, there's no reason you can't make today a DD.

~Sara~ I've gone from size 14 jeans, down to a size 4 with JUDDD/5:2IF! Now in maintenance for almost 3 years with 16:8IF and the occasional potato hack.

October 2015 Blood Work Results
Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97 Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4
Glucose (non-fasting) 87
Blood pressure 103/66
*no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them in the 40s

It's just life! It's fabulous that we can just add a down day in after a fun UD (or 2, etc). Much more guilt on any other plan for enjoying oneself...especially as much as we all seem to over here.

My dd ended up being a md yesterdt-buffalo wings! I think if it had been another UD, then I would just do a did today-in other words, I concur!

If you'd seen my JUDDD "routine" during those hectic months at the end of last year, you'd wonder how I managed to lose any weight at all!
