Normal weight help please?

Hi, I wanted to know if someone who is normal weight does Atkins and stays on induction long, will the body allow for it to become underweight?

I am normal weight and low carb for the past year, now I have found I have become overly sensitive to carbs and get bad cramps and shivers any time I go over 20-25nc a day. If I reduce my carbs more and keep high fat and mod protein will I be losing weight? I actually thrive mood wise when I eat high fat so it won't be difficult for me to reduce carbs more.

Would really appreciate any insight/help

From what I have read, your body will automatically have a set point where it likes to be, even if you are eating very high fat you shouldn't lose or gain if you can find that sweet spot.
