UK Judders and shiritake products

Just had an update from the major health food store here in the UK and they are now stocking different types of shiritake, the rice, spaghetti and fettuccine etc that the US has had for some time. There are offers on at present too.

I know not everyone likes Shiritake but these may be worth a go.

They have lasagna noodles now too but in the variety pak of the brand I was buying. I am tempted to try those.

I have always quite liked the basic ones, and I chopped them up in my blender to create a kind of rice. But these will be interesting to try.

Thanks Cindy. Good to know and much cheaper than mail order!
I used to snip mine up with scissors so I didn't have to chew them
