Low carb and Testosterone
Does a low carb lifestyle, that's high in protein, have any effect on my free testosterone levels (thats the one that matters right?)? I'm 19, and pretty active, and do weight training in the summer, which during that time, I will be increasing my carb intake. Also, what are some foods that are high in zinc but are low in carbs also? Thank you

I have never read anything about low carb decreasing testosterone levels.
A lot of people on the Muscle Matters board do feel that they have trouble with heavy lifting on a super low carb diet. If you do a google search for foods high in zinc, you can see many lists |
