Quiche advice

What would be a good replacement for cheese? Although I love it, I just don't lose well and even feel hungrier when I eat it.

Any ideas??

You can just skip the cheese. I've made plenty of quiches without it. You can use pretty much any combo of foods in the basic quiche mixture. Let your imagination run wild. I like spinach, mushroom and bacon. I like stir fry veggies and shrimp or crab. I like sausage and roasted red peppers. I like ham and asparagus. All of them are quite tasty without any cheese.

My DD is gluten free, dairy free so I just throw a bunch of veggies and meat into some eggs and it makes a pretty good quiche.
