Made Buttoni's dumplings with pic!

The dough is pretty sticky so I rubbed some olive oil on my hands. I'm used to Matzah Balls which they are not, but they sure couldn't be beat for LC dumplings!!! I will definitely be making these again! I hope the pic is attached!

Awesome! These are definitely one of my favorite things to make for supper! In fact, I make enough to have chicken and dumplings again the next day so I get a day off from cooking. :>)

Another dumplings success story! They look wonderful, Marieze. These are so easy, so guiltless and so good, lately I want to make them often. This is a regular winter comfort food for us, for sure. And they're good in just soups in summer as well.

WOW.... those look great!

How would you describe the texture, Marieze? Is it like bread still?

No Strawberry.....they have more of a silky feeling that's slippery I feel. Maybe the texture if a noodle in chicken noodle soup....just like a dumpling!
