B - coffee with HWC, 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, SF marmalade
L - baked potato with LF cottage cheese and salsa
D - Baked potato with Chili and shredded cheese, spaghetti squash

B: small piece of swiss cheese and a chocolate cupcake with peanut butter icing left at my house by my sister this weekend! (it was fabulous)

L: Tuna salad on a wheat roll; scoop chips with guacamole & fresh salsa

D: Leftover chicken marsala from the weekend.

Will top out at around 2000ish

B- smart ones breakfast sandwich and a chocolate cupcake (460)
L- weird mix over several hours of an ounce of almonds, a light English muffin with laughing cow cinnamon cheese and a piece of tomatoe pie (450)
D- a fried chicken breast and 4 cookies (770)

1625 to date so still have some wiggle room. What a wanton menu! Does tomatoe pie count for a vegetable? LOL
