Planning for a higher DD today of about 500-600 cals.

B - diet soda, tea, lemon water all day long
L- 100 cal english muffin toasted with PB2 and half a banana (200)
D - crock pot buffalo chicken wrap - (300)

Hoping to get a walk in today as well.

update - the bananas are still green so had a magic pop and 2 oz of lox for lunch (81 cals total) so it's looking like it might be a low DD afterall which is good because I just realized I might need a higher DD on Tue due to some commitments.

I'll probably be up to the high end of calories today. We are going out to a casino restaurant where corned beef and cabbage is a regular special, and it's always excellent. We'll get an order and I'll eat half of the cabbage, a slice of beef, and perhaps one of the small red potatoes, and the rest will go into a take home container for tomorrow.

I've been really hungry on my DDs so far this week so today I'm doing many mini meals.
I had coffee this morning until I couldn't take it anymore and made a 2 egg white omelet with a little bit of salsa.
I'm having some broth now. I have some celery ready. If and when needed I'll have
Miso soup
Celery
Pickles
Deli turkey slices
Another egg white omelet
LC cheese wedge

Start Date: Low calorie 6/12 ; Low carb 9/12/ ; JUDDD 11/13/12
B-coffee with lite cream/so delicious mix - 40 approx (didn't finish either of 2 cups...I always dump it out and start fresh, lol)

Salad now with 4 oz of rotesserie chick, tomato, cuke and lettuce, and 2 T of Italian...

total so far: 321 (plan on having no more than 100 calories more, if that)

Dinner ended up to be a can of Progresso light vegetable soup with a couple handfuls of fresh baby spinach & arugula thrown in. I let the fresh veggies wilt down and it was quite tasty. I am bad about getting veggies in, so this was a good way to add some to my meal.

On to Monday....UD!!
