It's been a long time, back again!

Hiya folks!
Back again and not in the best of health, but I won't be a bore. I see some familiar names and faces...it's good to be back. This time I've put exercise before changing back to LC and amazingly it just felt right, and then I went LC full on.

I have lots to lose and feel strongly I will succeed.

back aboard! I like to jump start low carbing by starting to exercise first too.
Once I have started to exercise, it makes sense to clean up my eating habits and I feel so much better too!
