Starting over. Any advice?

I somehow lost almost a year! I have gotten so far off track I cant find the road. I guess the good news is I have only gained 10 lbs back. Does anyone have any advice on how to flip that switch back on in my brain?

OH boy, I wish I did! So much of this is mental! I have found that reading through these forums really hopes motivate and inspire me and keep me going. That's really the only thing I've found that gets my head in the game. Good luck! You CAN do this!

I think you just have to REALLY want it in the beginning and just white knuckle thru the cravings. If you can make it thru the first few days you will be over the icky feeling and on your way to a healthier you

This helps me a TON! I just restarted 2 weeks ago from a 2 year down hill period. This place is my ultimate motivation getting to be able to go through battles with people that are doing the same thing you are doing is refreshing.
