today is back day.
That means using the hammer strength row machines, the lat pulldowns, and barbell
bent over row. All this following a nice warmup on the tredmill.
Maybe I'll take a bike ride later on. The weather in Florida today is perfect for any
outdoor activity.

5.5 miles walk, in the dark, in drizzly rain and -3c...... but hey how is that for commitment??? lol. Training for a hiking challenge in July that is 25miles, over 5000ft of ascent in under 12 hours so have to keep up the walking whatever the weather really.
