A little bit of this, a little bit of that...
I've been looking for a decent weight loss support forum for a while now, and i'm happy to have found one that is so friendly!
I don't particularly follow one particular diet so i'm stuck without an actual subform. I'm a 31 year old 5'3 female, I do Personal Training twice a week as well as a kickboxing session. I was doing more kickboxing but switched it for more HIIT personal training.
I'm hoping to lose between 7-10lbs. I guess I don't really have a number in mind I want to see a difference physically and know i'll gain muscle.
I have intolerances to wheat, gluten and dairy (as well as some IBS) so staying away from those are easy for me. I would say i'm mostly paleo but I do have small doses of lentils, buckwheat pasta, black beans and porridge on training days.
Is there anyone else out there that is using a hybrid of programmes to share the journey with?

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird
Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)
I usually eat JUDDD rotating calories levels of Perfect Health Diet foods in PHD fat/protein/carb proportions with the occasional Potato or LC hack for a few days.
I think of myself as JUDDD and got to my goal weight with JUDDD. But, I guess I may be a wee bit eclectic.
This is a great forum!
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15
I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!
JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Im new here too and not following any set programme. In the main I've just cut out wheat flour, pasta, potatoes, and bread. I've lost 4kg in two weeks. At this stage im more in discovery phases than anything else- still learning about low garb and recipes. I think if/when the weight loss slows, I'll probably get more hard core on knocking out stray carbs.
