B- pumpkin breakfast cake with whipped HWC, coffee with HWC and CO
L- tilapia, tartar sauce, broccoli, jello with whipped HWC
S- ground turkey with eggs and cheese, salad with peppers and ranch, 2 strawberries with whipped cream

Yay! My weight finally dropped today!!
As of 5/19/2014, No longer "overweight"!
