I remember watching this video a while back, and thinking wooooww ....I know I can do it. Such amazing results and inspiration from this guy. I would only hope to be half as successful as him.

Yes, it is truly motivational. Goes to show what anyone can do if determined and hangs in there. Too bad he didn't mention his WOE.

I've taken to watching "Biggest Losers" on NBC as I find that program very inspirational also. I haven't watched it the whole season so don't know their food plan or if it was ever mentioned. Monday night it showed them eating Progresso soup (looked like an ad setup). However, that's not enough calories to sustain them so left me wondering.

Thank you so much for posting Jon's FB link. What I found interesting was the way he changed his WOE to move his plateaus and was so successful. Not only that, but his focus on work-outs changed.
