Weight Loss Goal Week Of 3/11/13-3/18/13

Good morning! Almost made last week's goal of 3 pounds.
This week I'm hoping for at least 3, which will take me to 161.9 or lower. I can't wait to break into the 150's! It's been a long time since I've been there

Good Morning.....

Well.... here I am. Stepped on the scale this A.M. and got sticker shock...... 231 That is up 2 pound from Friday. So, since I am getting back on the wagon I will strive for a bigger 1st week loss than normal would be.... I am shooting for a 5 lb loss for this week. I would like 6... but I want to try and be realistic so I am saying 5 !!!

With St. Pattys day.... this will be hard.

currently 169.6 and that us up 2.8 from Friday's weight. So, hoping for 165 (-4.6) by 3/18.

161.4 today. Looks like I'm gonna make weekly goal tomorrow if it doesn't go back up again between now and then
