After yesterday's disaster of a DD, I'm going to try again today. It'll be easier since it's an I go in to work earlier than yesterday.
B- coffee with HWC
L- a few strawberries with a couple tbsp of whipped HWC
D- chicken, broccoli, soy sauce, and a little garlic for a chicken stir fry and chocolate almond milk

ended up skipping the hot cocoa and added a fruit/nut granola bar tonight.. Ended up at a little over 500 calories/30-35% wl calculated range so still pretty happy with how today went. I also went to a bakery this morning to buy treats for the family, got home and my in-laws drop off two boxes of donuts from another bakery. I didn't have any of it. I'm shocked at how my willpower has transformed since last fall-the old me would have gotten a donut at the first bakery and then eaten two more donuts from the other bakery. Now, I can take it or leave it I did wrap one donut up to have for breakfast tomorrow morning, but the chances of me eating it are pretty slim

I grazed today...I hate having junk food in the house! I stuck w/ everything above except reduced 1 of the turk sausage patties due to I ate a bag of special k chips for 90cals and snacked here and there on lays prob not over 100 cals! Ugh! Bad me!!!! No sweets or cookies though. DOn't know which is worse! Can't wait to eat tomorrow. I told DH chips and cookies must go...I was doing fine til they showed up!

Had a snack of celery and LC cheese for 40, cup of broth w/lcq, 35, and squash w/onions and one piece of bacon for about 115 cals. I'm right at 500, little below and it's o-v-e-r.
