Great find tonight...

I was at the store buying eggs and found this beauty. This is like a dream come true
Zero carbs per serving.

You should've seen the smile on my face. Great for a quick snack

Our Safeway has some with salami instead of pepperoni. When I saw how much it was for the quantity I decided I could put it together myself for a lot less $$. It's a great idea.

Costco and Walmart both carry a version of this. I took the Costco package to a party in January so that I would know there would be something for me to eat. Everyone loved it. In fact, I'm going to be picking some up today to take to another party tomorrow. It's perfect.

I do that myself all the time, using pepper jack or sharp cheddar cheese and hard salami, sometimes a slice each of roast beef and turkey. Yummy.

Cream cheese in salami is fabulous.

Many moons ago I was kicking the LC idea around and I went to a party. One of the apps was cream cheese in salami and I fell in . I decided to give LC a try because a diet that allowed such deliciousness must be OK.

Cream cheese and salami has been a thought of mine for a while. I always want to pick up some cream cheese and try it but I forget to.

I really couldn't pass this up. I think I will make my own next time but I was thrilled when I seen this. Of course I had to share with you guys.

Going to WalMart tonight, so I'm going to look for this! Perfect to take to work and keep in the refrigerator for those times when I just need a quick snack!

We had this at Christmas. It is just string cheese cut in half and wrapped with salami, pepperoni and Prosciutto. They were very good and even the carb eaters seemed to like them.

Super good snack. Mix up some herbs and cream cheese then use with salami or any of the other meats. Yummy snack.

I have this in my fridge right now.

Dill pickles eaten with the salami and cream cheese makes it even better.
