Fat Bombs

I just learned of these fat bombs or chocolate candy last week and love them. It is a bit confusing to my psyc. I swear to myself that it is ok but mentaly I struggle to have 2 a day when your on OWL.

By the way I keep mine in the freezer. I do dark chocolate with a little coconut on top and I do a regular Hersheys coco with a 1/4 c. cream cheese and a little pecan added. They are so good.

The best thing about them is you can make them any way you want and change them to suit your tastes. I love my "peanut butter cups".

Officially down 50 lbs! Another 30 or so to my first goal, then I'll re-evaluate.

Couldn't do it without all the amazing support and motivation from this forum and all the wonderful people here.
