Green Superfood Powder

Hi Guys, I don't know if this is the right message board but I've been a vegan for about a year. I actually gained a lot of weight being a vegan due to all the carbs. Now my woe is still vegan but it's no carbs after 1:00. I just started using the green powder (Specifically Amazing Grass) Anyone have any experience with these powders. Is it a good way to get your veggies in? Would welcome any comments. Thank you!
Goals for April 2018
  • Stay on plan
  • Experiment with different fasting regimens
  • Eat when I'm hungry
  • April Weight Goal - 272 lbs
Longer Short Term Goals
1st Mini Goal - 250 lbs by 07/01/18 (Wedding Anni)
2nd Mini Goal - 200 lbs by 11/08/18 (48 b-day)

Green superfood powder is something new I've never heard of. What exactly is it?

I think you'll find you are not alone - quite a few of us vegetarians have gained weight from the wrong kind of carbs - I certainly did - slowly, over the years.
