Lemonade? Lemon Juice and Stevia?
Is Lemon Juice out of a bottle low in sugar? I saw a lady at BJ's use Lemon Juice and regualr sugar to make lemonade. But I didn't look at the bottle, and wondering if this was SF or low sugar and add Stevia?
If not, any other ideas for drinks? I hate water. I drink Crystal Lite, SF Almond Milk, or flavored carbonated drinks.
I also love green tea. I do brew my own and chill it and add Stevia to that.

It depends on how much you use. Each ounce of ReaLemon Juice has about 2g of carbs, so however much it takes you to make a pitcher, that's what you'll have. So a cup of the lemon juice is about 16g of carbs.

So, it can contain up to 0.4 g carbs per teaspooon yet can list it on the label as 0 g. Lemon juice does contain carbs, which is why Atkins limits the amount you can consume daily (at least during induction, not sure about other phases). I do think it is a great idea for a drink (and I've done it myself), and lemon juice has many beneficial qualities. Just don't think it is completely carb free. It is still type of fruit juice, even if lower carb than many others.

WOE: Atkins OWL/NK hybrid
INGREDIENTS of realemon in the green bottle:
Lemon juice from concentrate (water, concentrated lemon juice), sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulfite and sodium sulfite (preservatives), lemon oil.
I looked it up in the USDA nutritional database.
For 1 cup, it's 51 cal, .98 g protein, .71 fat, 15.81 g carb w/1 g fiber.
So that's about 2 carbs per fluid ounce, with .1 gram fiber for that amount.
I use the minute maid premium lemon juice in the freezer case. It's just water and lemon juice concentrate. The carb counts for the frozen stuff, and for fresh lemon juice you squeeze yourself, is the same as above, but there's no chemical preservatives added.
Lemon juice is good for cleaning out body toxins, but it isn't carb-free. Atkins says you can have 2 Tbl per day, which is about a half a lemon's worth of juice, at 2.8 net carbs. And on OWL you can have 1/4 cup for 5.2 net carbs.
lemon water--- like lemonade but with just a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkling of sweetener. I like to jazz up seltzer water or perrier with lemon or lime.
broth, especially homemade.
green tea is great. I like mine plain, but a little sweetener is fine. Liquid stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit is what I've been using.
It's expensive, but zevia brand soft drinks, sold in health food stores, is sweetened with stevia.
And other teas are good, too. I like celestial seasonings raspberry zinger, iced.
One last thought, maybe you don't like water because your tap water isn't good. Maybe try some good bottled water. I drink Fiji as a treat (expensive) and Polar Springs brand is spring water. A lot of the others are just filtered tap water, but if the bottle says it is artesian or spring water, I find it pretty tasty usually.
Keep calm and carry on.
