Weight Loss Goal for Week of 3/4/13-3/11/13

Hi, I didn't see this started, so I apologize ahead if I missed it. Don't even know if anyone does this anymore... it's been awhile since I've been here

My goal for this week is 3 pounds by next Mon. That would put me at 163.6 or below.

I'm shooting for 3 lbs this week! Going to the gym Tues, Thurs & Sunday for sure, maybe also on Saturday.

Nicki- hang in there. I know it's frustrating. It took almost 4 weeks to start moving the scale. I finally dropped ALL dairy and ALL grains (it's amazing how they're hidden in almost everything) and it started moving. Just keep going, it will move!

I think (if you dont mind) I might jump in on this weekly thread come this coming Monday (that is when it starts every week... right?). Maybe taking this a week at a time would work for me since not much else is.

Didn't quite make goal but that's ok. Hoping for another 3 next week, which will put me at 161.9 or lower. I'll start a new thread for this week if no one has already. Have a great day everyone!
