EXERCISE week, March 4 - March 9

Typing this Sunday night already, while I'm still awake enough to do it.

Did get in 2 hrs. 50 min. bike time, and lifted wood, but that is it, the rest is not worth counting, but some huffing and puffing involved.

3.6 mile walk this am. Nice to have it getting light out earlier. No workout.

Loretta, the "huffing & puffing" means I did do exercise, but not the usual kind where you count minutes and so forth

Did 2 hrs. 35 min. bike time and the rebounder in the kitchen, 16 minutes before I had to go out and talk to a neighbor passing by

Usual day here. It was 47º this am when I walked. It is now 35º (6 hours later)with snow flurries.

Walk and workout today.

Loretta, hopefully you won't get alot more snow, but who knows with this large storm moving your way? We expect some stuff in a few hours, but it may fizzle out and go elsewhere.

Did 2 hrs. 15 min. on the bike and Jack LaLanne's chair stuff for a change. That's it, be in the car again for hours tomorrow. Will shop somewhere looking for that luggage stuff.

Beautiful day here today with sunshine and warming up temps.

Walked while shopping yesterday. It seemed like miles and my feet were killing me.

Early walk this am, exercise workout upper and lower body.

Isn't it funny, Loretta, when you walk around at shopping, it feels "different" than when you walk strictly for exercise on the roads? I notice a difference in the way I feel afterwards, too.

Did 3 hrs. 30 min. on the bike today, and 8 lb. weights and weight bar.

Taking the car in early tomorrow for oil change and good check up, especially the A/C before the trip.

Oh, forgot that we walked from the car place to Safeway shopping center and back, lol.

3 hrs. 10 min. on the bike, and that's about it, had to sit and wait for hair color to take, that wasted more time, but was a neccesity at this point

I'll do the next weeks thread later on, it will be a long one, till I get back, probably, if you don't mind.
