To all of you successful LFL'rs what about muscle loss compared....

Hi again

Im throwing some ideas out there of which program to start or restart again. So to all of you successful ones what about fat loss vs muscle loss?

Do you get rid of the fat in Ketosis and keep the muscle?

Any other tidbits to encourage me to restart?!
