I've just restarted, after a long break & using up questionable foods in the house... I used to keep Jimmy Dean ham & cheese omlettes in the freezer. I added a few peperoni slices to the top this morning (my last one). I just wanted to try some added fat. It actually was pretty good. Maybe I've needed more fat in my diet.
I'm still burning off carbs 3 days in, but wanted to try some fat to kill the cravings which were pretty bad on day 2.
I took my reading glasses to the store yesterday & read packages. I think I made some good choices, now to keep track as I try them each.

Start Date: 24/09/08
Morning: 2 eggs, soy yogurt with pistachio nuts, zucchini/coconut muffin (experiment gone bad, they taste nothing like real muffins)

Today was all messed up. I had a doctor's appointment at 2:00 and had to have blood tests (fasting and all) so no food all day

Then I went overboard at dinner. We went to a French restaurant in Seattle. Mostly on plan, aside from a few things but I ate too much

Seriously, going back to strict low carb tomorrow.
