Monday and a DD, how's yours?

Enjoying my DD, or RD as I am going to call them on the 5:2 thread.

So far, 1 coffee, 1 vanilla tea and 1 Bovril drink.

Have a homemade vegetable soup on the hob for later. It is cold here, so soup is very appealing.

I've looked forward to this DD since Saturday turned into a MD. Feeling much better and right back on track!

What's the RD?? I cannot wait to get to 5:2!!!

Reduced Day, it was Beeb's idea. And ND = Normal Day instead of UD, which I started to use as I don't find myself overeating on my UDs when I have 3 of them in a row. Nice when we are doing 5:2 as it sounds more, well, normal.

Glad you are feeling better Natasha. What you eating today?

I'm hoping to be on 5:2 by Summertime! I'm going to find the thread and DREAM!!! DO YOU GUYS have a weekly/monthly 5:2 thread at all?

I'm having 400 cals. Breakfast was hot tea, lunch light soup and dinner small wendys chili w/ couple of saltines!
