A thicker yogurt snack

Yumm! Added about 1/8 tsp. of glucomannan powder to my Carbmaster yogurt and mix very well, let sit a couple minutes and it comes out the consistency of pudding! Very filling too.

What a great idea! I've been making protein pudding with gluc but never thought to add it to yogurt.

I put some in my plain greek yogurt last night, added a dash of stevia, a few drops of Capella NY Cheescake and some wild blueberries. It was a really nice mock cheesecake!

Yaz, have you used those drops in any muffins/baked goods?

I just got them on Saturday so I haven't had a chance yet. I have a recipe for a microwave cheesecake that I'm going to try adding the drops to.
