Day 200 - I am grateful!

Today marks the 200th day since I re-started low carbing. I'm 60 lbs down (roughly), no longer obese, and almost no longer overweight. I couldn't have done it without the support and information I've had from this forum, so I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who post here. There is such a wealth of knowledge, and so many people who take the time to share their thoughts, experience and learning about this way of eating.

I think LCF is an amazing resource - so thanks to Netrition for providing the platform, but most of all, thanks to the forum members - and I wish you all continued success with your weight loss and health!
