after chalean extreme

I'm half done with the program.. any suggestions on a next stepafter that? I love chalean! and I like using dvds at home..

I don't have any suggestions just a question. The information booklet says you change things up every 30 days. I did the Burn 1 workout today but have no idea when you advance to Burn 2, etc. Do you know where to find more specific information on the program?

Have you though about Turbo Fire? That's what I did after ChaLean.
