Coffee: with Truvia and HWC
B: 2 eggs with turkey crumbles cooked in CO
l: Smoked turkey leg, green beans
d. Wendy's baconator hamburger with out the buns

My weight is up today at 182.4. I know why. Will be more accountable and make better choices the rest of the week.
