B: 2 eggs with turkey crumbles cooked in CO l: Smoked turkey leg, green beans d. Wendy's baconator hamburger with out the buns ![]() My weight is up today at 182.4. I know why. Will be more accountable and make better choices the rest of the week.

B- bacon with eggs scrambled with 1/2 C green peppers, 1/4 C cheese, 1 tbsp HWC, garlic salt and bacon grease. Coffee with CO and HWC
L- Nowhere near hungry enough to even semi plan for lunch. Probably some ground turkey with celery. S- I have no idea

L - cheeseburger in a LC tortilla, blender broccoli soup Skipped dinner because I wasn't hungry. I kind of want a snack now but it's so close to bedtime. I think I'll just wait and eat a big breakfast in the morning. |
