I just started an IF maintanance thread in the Maintain Lane section Seems like there's a few of us either transitioning into maintanance or are there already, and it would be nice to have an ongoing maintanance thread for us. I've included all IF plan followers since all the plans under the IF umbrella are so closely related. If you're close to maintanance, transitioning over, or are already there come on down and join in
~Sara~ I've gone from size 14 jeans, to a size 4 with JUDDD/5:2IF. Now in maintenance I do 16:8IF, along with occasional corrective DDs when needed.
October 2015 Blood Work Results
Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97 Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4
Glucose (non-fasting) 87
Blood pressure 103/66
*no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them in the 40s
