I cannot believe I didn't see an UD Saturday thread???? LOL

I had an awesome UD dinner last night of grilled rainbow trout w/ lobster/shrimp/bacon/corn/onions sautee stuffed in w/ broccoli on side. Wowzers!! It was amazeballs...from Longhorn.

B - nada
L - smartone turkey breast/mashed taters entree 200cals
D - tuna salad in lc wrap 200cals
Lost on Juddd: 12
UD 1900/DD 400

I just got back from houston and dd and I ate healty lent stuff and I didnt put on weight but have been at the same number for a long
time so did a dd
B one fried egg (coconut oil spray)hot sauce turkey bacon coffe w. CM
lunch no
dinner 2 hb eggs w/ yoggurt mayo for salad 2 celery sticks
not soon enuf
