I am going to try to fast until lunch. If I can't, then I will do cottage cheese 80c.
Stir fry - chickpeas, brocc, mushrooms, snap peas between 270c
salad for dinner (if I have time)
Lunch may be all I can do!

~Sara~ I've gone from size 14 jeans, to a size 4 with JUDDD/5:2IF. Now in maintenance I do 16:8IF, along with occasional corrective Potato Hacks when needed.
