Start Date: 5/29/15 for yet another time
Chicken a la Me
2 chicken breasts, cut up
3 oz or so of cream cheese
1/3 cup or so heavy cream
Throw all in a pot, cover on medium heat til the chicken is done, about 15 minutes.
I also added garlic and a little chili powder, I couldn't taste either though. The sauce is very runny so there couldn't be too many carbs with all that was left of it.

Thinking, if you add the cream at the end it might thicken it up a little (something about adding a cold, fatty element to the hot sauce thickens it).
