WOE: HHCG/P2
Just wanted to say thank you

Today makes 2 weeks I've been using the hormone free HHCG drops and I am down 12.6 pounds as of this morning. Would like to lose about 7 more pounds. I have been doing rogue P2 the past few days and I have been getting some of meal ideas from your DD recipes and meals you post. Cabbage with laughing cow cheese with ham or chicken rocks!! Just wanted to give a shout out and say thank you

Great news Robin! That is a lot of weight evicted!

Total agreement on the magic of cabbage plus cheese plus whatever. When I first read about it, I was . Now I am an addict.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
