Paleo Doctor

So I went to this Doctor's office in town which is also a weight loss clinic. However, our insurance doesnt cover weightloss drugs and our our company doesn't allow for weightloss drugs that contain hormones so it was out of the question to participate in the program. However I needed a check up and figured while I was already there I'd use him without signing up for the program. While talking to him I explained why I couldnt do the program, but that I had lost 15 pound last year and was looking for to doing about the same this year with LC eating. I was expecting a low fat lecture, but instead he gave me a list of Paleo acceptable foods! Looks like LC is getting mainstream even in small hick towns like where I live

thats great!
My doctor is all for it too... When I told her I dont eat grains, and watch my sugar intake she said "oh so you eat low carb" she thought it was good.. She understood that this doesn't just mean OH I EAT BUTTER WRAPPED IN BACON AND DIPPED IN SPLENDA..
Low carb isnt just my life style, its my hobby

I know this post is old, but I just found it.... Butter wrapped in bacon and dipped in splenda made me spit out my tea! That is soooo the perception! I love it!
Mom to 10 year old triplet girls and a 6 year old girl I need all the help I can get
