Wanting to do a potato day but drank a lot last night!! Any thoughts?

B. hash brown potatoes in waffle iron, 1 egg for protein
L. Mashed potatoes
D. Potato soup or baked potato w/ A1

today was supposed to be an UD but yesterday ended up being a 4,000 calorie kind of day So today is going to definitely be a dd

No breakfast or lunch.
Dinner is going to be a big salad with spinach, romaine, just a little shredded carrot, chunks of cucumber & tomato, a can of tiny salad shrimp, and my new favorite dressing for DD's, a rasp. vinaigrette that is only 10 cal. per tablespoon. Along with my daily tbsp of coconut oil I'll be well under my allotted 360 calories.

Dinner will be a low cal smartones entree.

Ended up changing mine-

l-Michelinis (didn't spell this right-it's a cheapy $1 frozen entree brand), buffalo chicken snackers-these things are soooo good I ate the whole box for 300 calories, with 1tbsp ranch for a total of 355 cal

snack-1 cup popcorn 35 calories

supper-Lipton cup o soup 45 calories

2 cups diet hot cocoa 40 calories

475 calories for the day
