? About numbers

My 20% numbers are DD 416 and UD 2078. I thought I had read that you should be at 500 on DD's? Or should I be trying for 416?

The suggested start is 500 for the first couple weeks, but really you can do any percentage in the weight loss range that works for you. Some people really struggle with the 500 at first, so they start a bit higher and work down. Others can go directly to their 20% number or less. So the short answer is: 500 or 416 would be fine ... you choose!

October 2015 Blood Work Results
-Total Cholesterol 167: HDL 69 LDL 97
-Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.4
no triglycerides number given this time, but blood work this past spring put them at a 49
-Glucose (non-fasting) 87
