My husband made it the other day upon our daughters request. It is very tasty and he eliminated the heavy stuf that is in normal homemade potato soup!!! It is yummy. My daughter requested it again in her thermus for lunch today!

Broth like stuff
I still had a couple small purple potatoes in the frig.
Blended broth and those potatoes in the bullet mixed.
Nice change. I m not into the ph, just happened.
See how that works today.
L. 1/2 cups of cottage cheese, really helps the rumbles in tummy.
D. chicken salad.
Shooting for 500 cal.
Nice to have a warm house on a dd. nothing like last dd.

It's an vitamin/mineral powder like Emergen-C, you just put a packet into your water bottle. I use the immunity one when I feel a cold or flu coming on or just days that I want the vitamins/minerals. They have other flavors for different things like Sport, Sleep, Energy, etc. Most are sugar free and 0 calories.
