Getting back to the gym
OK BACK TO THE GYM I GO TODAY, or bust
I've been off the gym for over 6 months, due to my knees.
Knees are much better.
I'm taking it very easy, will be window shopping mostly.
Want to get into the swimming pool and see if we can be friends.
My dh will be at the gym, doing the insanity w/o while I----shop.
Two other friends will be pooling with me on Mondays and Weds.
But going myself today for a test drive.
Kinda-sorta-excited, like little cry-e cause I love the gym.
Just going into a gym gives me strength. We all are there for the same cause, our health.
We belong to the college gym the last few years.
We loved the YMCA, power houses gym. But the college gym is my favorite, I feel like I'm getting to go back home. Planning only going on UD, going to have to juggle my days to fit. Hohum.
Gosh I feel two UD in a roll, I'll wait until Sunday to do the switch.

Wonderful! I am a gym junkie (even when I am not watching my diet).
Thats wonderful that you are feeling better to go back and get all those endorphins while working out!
