Anybody try carb blockers?

Just wondering if anybody has tried carb blockers or knows anything about how effective they are. I thought they might be helpful on atkins. Thanks!

I have. I found them very effective, however, I did a lot of reading on them and later found you should not use them for any sustained period of time b/c your body will adjust to them. Great for the occasional special event when you want to splurge and minimize the damage but I don't recommend for a long period of time. I used carb blocker and Alli at the same time to block everything. Didn't gain any weight. I did this after I had lost all of my weight though and in in great physical condition.
