B- 1.5 cups coffee - 150

bag of chips and a candy bar - 380

coffee again...150

Late lunch...roast beef sandwich, Munchos chips - 350

Dinner: Cheeseburger, fries - 670

dessert: cheesecake - 400

2100 total, bit of a UUAD

poured out the coffee, decided to have a real hot chocolate (bought today), but realized it calls for milk instead of water...fixed it with skim milk, and it tastes good, but not good enough for these calories. Ditching it.

L: catered at work, but may just eat Garrett's Chicago mix and a diet coke. LOL
D: Artisan pizza from Domino's and salad

it's a fast food kind of day...just need watch the portions and I'll be fine. :-)

Decided to have a THWD. The Hell With It Day. My UD's are probably going to be like this through my holiday, more or less.

2 c coffee with CO and HWC

string cheese snack

leftover pot roast - just meat and broth

roast chicken, cottage cheese over lettuce with grape tomatoes, olives and a touch of cranberry sauce

Almost at my limit of 1670!
