UD Wednesday

Posting for accountability today.

B: 2 cups of coffee, 2 pieces of fudge, 2 rum balls
S: Quest bar, only to stop the snacking!
L: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, iced tea
D: ?? No idea yet, but I still have around 900 calories to play with. Not bad considering my decadent, nutritionally void breakfast.

B - Tea w/milk

L - probably a bagel with butter, vegemite, and avocado

D - cabbage rolls (italian sausage, celery, rice, loads of fresh dill, tomato sauce, and sour cream)

I still have around 450 cals to play with, I'm thinking more Ghirardelli cocoa tonight.

b/l: got up to see the kid off to school then went back to bed til about 1130am!
2 eggs scrambled with butter 314
d: turkey burger- 345
s: cocoa coated almonds-100 calories
I have some calories to play around with so not sure what else...might have a few tiny snacks..or add some coffee creamer to my coffee? i dunno.

L - 3 eggs scrambled with 1/2 oz feta in 1 tsp butter

Still have a tad over 1,000 calories and I'll need every one of them, since I'm planning to do a little cookie making tonight

I had 2 cups of coffee w/HWC this morning. After I got to work I ate a few small pieces of candy. Lunch was at a restaurant, a treat from my boss. I had a BLT that was made with the traditional ingredients plus pimento cheese, and pommes fritos...not spelled right lol, but delicious little stick-like fries. Then I got banana cheesecake with praline topping. I was the only one who ordered dessert. I am the only one who is fasting tomorrow too!

I had 2 1/2 cups of coffee with HWC tonight, and now I'm having a glass of red wine. I think I've had my cals for today, but may snack on something later.

ETA: Ohhh, now I remember! I also had half a cup of real hot chocolate, made with chocolate and heavy cream and sugar. One of my co-workers brought in a big pot of it this morning. MMMM

tbc, is that enough calories? How old are you and what is your height? I input 5'4 and age 40 and it gave me 1640 for your cals. If you're younger, it would be higher, and that was with little or no exercise. Sorry if I'm prying.

L: 3 eggs cooked in butter topped with sour cream, some diced ham

D: Cup brocolli with butter; 3 ounces of chick breast; assort of green/black olives;

Snack: 1/4 c walnuts, 2 oz cheese chunks

I came in just over my number at 1675!!

Didn't realize there was a thread like this. Next time I'll try to be more specific!
