Fat bombs (80c) and cappuccino's (60c), through out the day. Oh and one black pomegranate tea. I'll probay end up around 600 cals for the day. So far, so good!

tea (yuck, made me sick but no cals, lol)

LC cheese w/5 baby carrots - 55 cals

1/2 hamburger bun w/spray butter - 50 cals

1 piece of bubblegum - 20 cals

2 salmon patties (made with 1 egg, mustard, onion and spices) fried in no fat - 220

mustard/mayo "dip" for patties - 50 cals (didn't have any light mayo, 1/2 T of reg)

salad w/5 grape tomatoes & 2 T light Italian dressing - 65 cals.

2 cups of coffee w/2 T of SF French Vanilla creamer - 60 cals.

Started out well, but I'm sick today and I let myself indulge in eating. Just feel too weak to fast today. Tomorrow is a planned Up day (party at work, wine tasting dinner at night), then plan for DD again on Thursday.

I didn't know where else to post my failure today, and didn't want to start a new thread.

It's ok garnet. I was sick two weeks ago and I ate over plan too. In fact, my rotations changed as a result, which was a happy coincidence so now Xmas is an UD! Feel better and take care of yourself. That's most important.
