Shopping list help- allergies

Hi I have allergies to eggs,fish and all nuts. Anyone have any suggestions for this plan with out these items? Thanks

I am allergic to what feels like everything too.

Try coconut products. Coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut cream.

For mayo I have been eating Follow Your Heart Veganaise to make tuna, chicken salad, dressing, etc with no eggs. It's no Best Foods, but it is ok. I buy it a Whole Foods in the refrigerated section.

Hi Thanks. Im new to all of this. Too bad for your allergies,it sucks. I got mono in 2002 and developed allergies to shellfish, fish, all nuts, garlic,onions, eggs,sunflower, sulphites,and most fresh fruit( except like oranges,melons, grapefruit, grapes,blueberries,black berries.)
Wheat doesnt agree with me but I do it it and admit Im addicted to carbs. I will try to use more coconut oil. Thanks
