DD Monday

b: coffee and a peter rabbit organics strawberry banana pouch
l: oatmeal and a diet soda
d: chicken breast w/greek seasoning
s: another peter rabbit organic pouch-pumpkin this time!

total calories are under 500! I also plan on us going to the gym! We went last night and I felt so much better and slept so much better than I have been in the last week! Gym is definitely a good thing!

Today will be zero calorie beverages all day, no food needed.

I did that Saturday and was perfectly fine, even happy with if. I was nervous by yesterday's UD to see an even bigger bounce, but I had a smaller than usual bounce so I'm good to go for today as well. If need be ill make some broth later but other than that, fast!

Hope everyone has a good DD!
Started: March 27 - 193

Last day of March: 188.6 (-4.4)
Last day of April: 180.8 (-7.8)
Last day of May: 174.8 (-6.0)
Last day of June: 163.6 (-11.2)
Last day of July: 162.2 (-1.4) [took a maintenance break for the month... Back into WLM for August]

Total loss: 30.8 lbs

I'm thinking coffee and tea all day, and then 2 sausage patties for dinner. They're already cooked and ready to heat up, and it'll give me a high fat DD, which really seem to help. And will counteract yesterday's delicious albeit carby/sugary UD!

1:00 2 Sl. turkey bacon, 1 LF cheese stick, broth
5:00 Chocolate whey protein shake, 1 Tbsp. peanut powder

30 min. exercise on recumbent bike before dinner shake.
500 Cals. @ 150.5 ~ after MD Sun. 1000 & UD Sat. 1500

S: greek yogurt with cocoa 120
1 cup raspberries 60
coffee with 1 tbsp cream 35

Workout : 30 min swim

9pm snack before bed: greek yogurt with cocoa 120

Attempting no food until late afternoon again, more to detox from yesterday's UUAD than anything else

B: coffee with sugar free creamer (60 calories)
L: Zevia soda, beef bouillon soup (20 calories)
