Today will be zero calorie beverages all day, no food needed.
I did that Saturday and was perfectly fine, even happy with if. I was nervous by yesterday's UD to see an even bigger bounce, but I had a smaller than usual bounce so I'm good to go for today as well. If need be ill make some broth later but other than that, fast! Hope everyone has a good DD!

Probably just water and coke zero all day and then some lentil or minestrone soup for dinner.

Way too much time on my hands!

I'm thinking coffee and tea all day, and then 2 sausage patties for dinner. They're already cooked and ready to heat up, and it'll give me a high fat DD, which really seem to help. And will counteract yesterday's delicious albeit carby/sugary UD!

Eating goose and drinking bone broth. Good to rest the tummy and the carb monster after 2 UDs.
